What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address, the language and country you choose, and a session that keeps you signed in.

If you use the wallet we store the balance and the history of confirmed, pending, and reversed credits. Survey, eSIM, and card activity is stored only so we can show that history and complete an order you requested.

The site records a language the browser asked for when it is not one we offer, so we can see which languages to add later. That record does not include your name.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, show offers for your country, credit confirmed cashback, and reply to support messages.

We do not sell your personal information. A partner receives only what is needed to track an order you chose to open, such as a click identifier.

How long we keep it

Account and wallet records stay while the account is open. You can ask us to close the account by emailing hello@nuwafr.com. We may keep a record that the law requires, such as a completed payment.

You can change the site language at any time. That choice is saved for your next visit. You can email hello@nuwafr.com to ask what we hold about you or to ask us to correct it.
